ADP is hiring a Manager, FP&A - WW Sales and Marketing Consolidations.

As Manager of FP&A, you will provide support on a full range of planning, forecasting, and analysis activities for the consolidated Worldwide Sales portfolio of ADP, working closely with the VP and CFO of Sales Finance. You will administer financial close activities by preparing variance analysis on actual versus plan/forecast; overseeing the performance and management reporting requirements for the business, as well as select KPI's.
In this position, you will play a critical role in preparing executive-level presentations for senior management, facilitating timely reporting of sales results, forecasts, and plans, and supporting ad hoc and ongoing analysis as directed by senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing processes and business relationships to achieve key goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
Management Reporting and Financial Close Activities: Produces and distributes recurring and ad hoc management reports and presentations. Responsible for financial reporting accuracy; partners with shared services organizations and ensures an adequate control environment to mitigate financial and business risks in collaboration with process owners
Assists in driving the financial close activity and prepares monthly variance analysis on actual results versus plan/forecast, ensuring data integrity Participates in presentation preparation on results, forecasts, and plans to senior management Produces management reporting efficiently utilizing automation and technology
Operating Planning and Forecasting: Supports management in creating an annual operating plan and monthly forecasts. Proactively ensures data between systems reconciles and aligns to management expectations and works with respective colleagues for business unit-specific insights and analytics.
Business Analysis: Uses deep understanding of objectives, issues, and root causes and provides insightful, fact-based data analysis to help solve complex problems
Provides effective analytical support and techniques to assist with the identification of business opportunities and risks Utilizes data infrastructure by extracting, aggregating, and dissecting financial data and performance metrics.
Business Partnering: Partners with Key Stakeholders and Business Partners to align on business priorities and drive effective solutions/execution. Constructively communicates compelling arguments based on facts and data, and obtains necessary buy-in to deliver on business objectives
Builds working relationships with colleagues and business partners to support business priorities and objectives through complex financial modeling and insights Leverages both formal and informal networks to achieve business objectives
Experience. You have 8+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Experienced in managing enterprise-level business unit/functional financial consolidation process independently. Highly skilled at communicating the story behind the numbers, including utilizing Excel and PowerPoint to create executive-level presentations. Expertise with tools, including Hyperion Essbase/SmartView, Oracle, Excel, PowerPoint, and Thinkcell, to build financial analysis from scratch and synthesize and simplify financial and non-financial data. Expertise in proactively seeking opportunities for process and reporting improvements. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to own projects and work streams independently. Experience building trust with stakeholders and colleagues and being an effective team player and collaborator. Demonstrates resilience, persistence, and curiosity. You’ll have a BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, OR equivalent.

MBA or credits toward MBA, or MS in Business Analytics or similar Post MBA Internship/Development Program Consulting Experience
