Oversee all authentication standards and practices relating to Fine Jewelry and Watches
Manage team of Fine Jewelry and Watch experts in multiple offices, providing guidance, leadership and coaching as necessary to achieve business goals
Coordinate with Inbound Operations Director and FJW Associate Manager to ensure Merchandising standards are adhered to consistently, accurately, and efficiently throughout the inbound pipeline
Act as primary point of contact for leaders of outside business units and offices under their management, including coordination with sales, operations, customer service, and consignor relations
Provide long-term, independent, growth and development for all FJW TRR employees by creating authentication guides, training material, and general knowledge collateral
Manage team resources to ensure lab equipment is in appropriate condition, adequately supplied, and knowledge of proper use is efficiently disseminated
Maintain strong understanding of pricing trends and the sell thru velocity of product in our marketplace by working with Pricing teams
Utilize the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
Work on issues using an analysis of situations or data with an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
What You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:
Gemological and finished jewelry authenticity expertise
Knowledge of industry pricing standards
Polished, professional presentation skills
Ability to handle multiple complex, time sensitive situations
Effective communicator (both verbal and written)
Demonstrate the skill and willingness to take initiative and to pro-actively anticipate organizational needs including the ability to meet external and internal deadlines as required.
Ability to foresee potential obstacles well in advance of campaign launch dates and to problem solve in order to ensure proper execution of Valuation office processes
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
Strong, tactical decision-maker; handles unforeseen issues
Sales experience encouraged
Expertise in Gemology required
Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines.

The expected salary range for this role is $73,440.00-$116,280.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
