We’re looking for an experienced and strategic finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts across the Americas region. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes while providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in analyzing operating expenses and headcount, partnering closely with business leaders to drive efficiency, support growth, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives. This is an onsite role - based out of the Chelmsford MA office.
What You’ll Do Here…
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of financial analysts by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Own the development and management of the annual financial plan and periodic forecasts for the Americas, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and goals.
Lead financial planning for 8 Business Areas—directly supporting the US and Canada and coordinating closely with local Finance partners across Latin America.
Drive disciplined OPEX management through monthly and quarterly reporting, identifying key performance drivers, offering early visibility into potential overspending, and managing trade-offs to stay within budget.
Conduct in-depth variance analysis to highlight trends, uncover opportunities for cost optimization, and recommend process improvements that enhance financial performance.
Maintain and enhance robust financial models, tools, and systems to improve forecasting accuracy and support strategic decision-making.
Partner closely with headquarters and global functional leaders to ensure alignment, streamline communication, and maintain a unified financial narrative.
Collaborate with the Accounting team on management reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and relevance of financial commentary and insights.
Lead or contribute to a variety of corporate and local projects, providing analytical support and financial insight as needed.

What We Are Looking For …
Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or related field.
7-10 years of finance/accounting experience
3-5 years management experience
Working understanding of GAAP
Prefer experience in IT / Technology field

Pay range:
The approximate pay range for this location and position is $140-150K. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
