The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for providing insight-driven analytics to support business decision making with an emphasis on supporting partners at the VP and Executive level. Aside from day-to-day reporting and analysis, this role is also responsible for the development of Indigo’s annual budget and will prepare “executive ready” communication of monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance. The manager will conduct business case evaluation and micro/macro analytics of various business problems. The Manager will act as a coach to all analysts in the department with direct and indirect reporting relationships and will act as a subject matter expert for all systems and data requirements for the team.

Serve as the primary finance partner to the Commercial teams within IndigoPrepare and present monthly business reviews, highlighting key trends, variances, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership.Build and maintain complex models to evaluate business cases, assess ROI, and support decision-making for strategic projectsLead monthly forecasting and budgeting processes across IndigoManage the creation of executive materials for the CFO in support of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial updatesLead the end-to-end capital investment process, including business case development, prioritization, and post-investment review.
