What is the opportunity?
The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the analytics and reporting portfolio for the Financial Crimes Oversight Testing team global reporting. This includes ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful delivery of risk reporting, analytics, and dashboards leveraging advanced data tools, automation and analytics to drive risk transparency and informed decision making across the organization.
What will you do?
Function as reporting consultant within FC Oversight team.Support the Director and Senior Managers with reporting deliverable including developing reporting dashboards to automate reporting production.Maintain up-to-date documentation of our processes, points of contacts, job aidsWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
Reporting Experience 3-5 yearsUndergraduate Degree or diplomaExperience working with Tableau ReportingAnalytical with strong attention to detailStrong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointCreative and analytical thinkerProficiency in SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau and Archer-based platformsStrong analytics skillsAbility to understand law and regulation as it applies to the financial services sectorExcellent interpersonal skills along with highly developed communication skills both verbal and writtenMotivated, self-starter with a passion to work in a dynamic business environmentAbility to clearly describe and explain reporting to senior management, including insights, trends, and observations.Nice-to-have
Capability to manage multiple priorities across several assignments and prioritize effectivelyFamiliar with Python or MS Excel macrosCreative and analytical thinkerAbility to address conflicts, issues resolution and escalation.Good understanding of RBC systems/applicationsExperience delivering detailed training to stakeholdersWhat’s in it for you?
