Seeking a Finance Manager who will provide finance and business partnering leadership to The Bioproduction Group (BPG) leadership team. This role will support the overall financial consolidation of BPG as well as directly support the BPG operations team. In addition, the position holder will provide valuable decision support, identify and implement operational improvement opportunities.
What you will do:
Support AOP / QBR / MBR / STRAP in a matrixed financial forecastFinance Business Partner for BPG Operations Vice PresidentBusiness partnership to centralized operations functions (Quality, Supply Chain, etc.)Lead BPG divisional operation finance teams for total group consolidation.Monitor and analyze financials, including monthly and quarterly reporting (revenue, gross margin, OPEX, Financial metrics, and CAPEX)Support data analysis for the business, using complex data and problem solvingAnalyze financial and business performance against key business metrics and identify pertinent financial highlights, enabling understanding of progress against strategic business plansUnderstands and deploys the best tools / methods to effectively communicate complex data and topicsDevelops high quality effective presentations (i.e. engaging, motivating, concise, well-prep)Identify, communicate, and lead risk & opportunitiesPrimary office at Carlsbad, CA, USA
How you will get here:
Education
An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or a relevant field is requiredExperience
Minimum of 5+ years of business and Finance experienceSome experience with people managementPrior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organizationProficient at understanding and proactively communicating the financial implications of business decisions and dynamicsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities
An ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and strong finance skillsProven understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis), ERP (or equivalent), PowerPoint, and Hyperion is preferredProficient verbal and written communication skillsProven business partner and influencerTravel requirements

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
