Clarivate is seeking to hire an experienced Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our global finance organization! You will play a key role in providing financial business partnership, reporting and consolidation within the team supporting variable compensation and commissions for the Academic & Government customer segment.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

7+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

Revenue and Expenses experience

Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, planning, forecasting and management reporting

Proficient level of English language

It would be great if you also had...

Master’s degree a plus

Experience with supporting a subscription-based organization and/or a professional services business preferred

What will you be doing in this role?

 Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial reports, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data.

Oversee financial projects, ensuring that project timelines and objectives are met.

Manage financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop monthly and annual budgets.

Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Prepare and present detailed financial reports, highlighting key business drivers.

Manage financial control processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis techniques and tools.

About the Team

You will be a part of the global finance team, managing one Financial Analyst and reporting directly to Senior Manager, Finance.

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
