Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of field application scientists to deliver flawless support to our customers.Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing their needs and determining the best solutions.Monitor and analyze market trends to stay competitive and identify new opportunities.Ensure strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment that values diverse perspectives.

Requirements

10+ years of proven experience in an application scientist role or researcher in Bioproduction, preferably within the Life scientific industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and motivate a team.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and support team members.
