The Role + Purpose:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the J.Crew Factory Social strategy in order to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers to the Brand, increasing engagement and follower growth.
Design and implement holistic social media strategy to align with brand goals & vision
Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts / campaigns and ensure appropriate brand voice and consistency
Create and manage the monthly Social editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn – whilst building presence on Snapchat & TikTok
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness and support growing Store footprint
Work closely with the Creative Director and Creative team on specific campaign content, pre planning content by Quarter
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
Analyze effectiveness of all campaigns using marketing measurements such as matched market testing, mixed media modeling etc. Ensure progress on all platforms by using social media listening and analytics tools
Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments. Act as the advocate of social, digital and emerging media integration
Qualifications:
BA required
Social Media Manager experience ideally within Fashion/RetailAdvanced knowledge and understanding of social, digital and new media platforms, including technology, customer experience and integration across marketing touch points.
Expertise in how Social drives foot traffic
Strong project management and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $97,600.00 - $122,000.00At J.Crew Group (JCG) we aim to pay competitively for our company’s size and industry. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base salary is just one component of J.Crew Group’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes the opportunity for bonus, competitive benefits and perks.
