Position Overview:

Provides support to the Project Management Delivery team. Responsible for accurately entering all data pertaining to the project in to the Project Management System including: budgets, contracts, invoices, schedules, contracts. Accountable for accurate reporting to the Project Delivery Team. Assists the Project Manager in the management and coordination of work including the monitoring of project budgets and deliverables, meeting contractual requirements and building/maintaining strong professional relationships with the affiliate client and vendors. Responsible for the completion and monitoring of Project Controls as outlined in the Planning & Delivery Guide (PDG) as well as overall project file maintenance and organization. May also assist in project management related duties as assigned by the Program or Project Manager.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

8 years recent relevant experience

Pay Range is $68.98 to $103.47 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
