Responsible for accurately entering all data pertaining to the project in to the Project Management System including: budgets, contracts, invoices, schedules, contracts. Accountable for accurate reporting to the Project Delivery Team. Assists the Project Manager in the management and coordination of work including the monitoring of project budgets and deliverables, meeting contractual requirements and building/maintaining strong professional relationships with the affiliate client and vendors. Responsible for the completion and monitoring of Project Controls as outlined in the Planning & Delivery Guide (PDG) as well as overall project file maintenance and organization.
