ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Manager to become a key member of HUB’s Enterprise Strategy and Technology Planning function. Working within this team and cross-functionally, the Manager will help to develop and advance key enterprise and technology strategy initiatives. In addition, this individual will be responsible for supporting key aspects of HUB’s strategic planning including framing and managing strategy initiatives from discovery work through strategic design, working cross-functionally to align goals and objectives and supporting overall enterprise objectives.
We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of corporate strategy, planning processes and business models who is looking to join a fast-growing organization leveraging technology and digital capabilities to transform insurance and risk management solutions. The ideal individual will be a self-starter with a strong customer-focused mentality who seeks to understand stakeholder needs and work collaboratively across the enterprise to proactively meet those needs.

Must have 5-10 years of experience, including management consulting, corporate planning, strategic operations and/or corporate strategy experienceExperience working within the financial services sector; insurance industry experience preferred (e.g., carrier, broker, intermediary)Bachelors degree required; MBA degree a plusThis position reports into Chicago and will be a hybrid-based working model.
