The Enterprise Platform Support Manager oversees all enterprise-level support functions for servers, storage, cloud services, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, centralized monitoring, and vulnerability management. While not a hands-on technical role, this position requires strong leadership to guide teams managing both on-premise and contracted support towers. The ideal caregiver will have a deep understanding of infrastructure operations and the ability to align platform support with the organization’s strategic goals.
A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Northeast Ohio, Monday-Friday 8:00am—5:00pm, with in-office requirements once every two weeks.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Supervise team(s) and administers performance reviews and evaluations, staff counseling, etc. for assigned staff.
Document and maintain departmental operational policies and procedures.
Manage contractors as part of squads in support of financial stewardship.
Budget management of team in support of financial stewardship.
Lead all human resources responsibilities for assigned staff.
Promote the continued education, training, and development of staff.
Communicate appropriate corporate compliance standards and procedures for all employees.
Deliver work solutions and deliverables as part of a squad.
Support the execution of agile practices throughout squads in partnership with Domain Advisor
Build overall employee engagement and professional development across respective squads.
Provide leadership to direct and indirect reports.
Build operating and capital budgets, review finances on a monthly basis, disclose reasons for variances to leadership, drive efficiencies in the business, and achieve all financial goals.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration or related field.
ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of position start date.
Four years of functionally related technical experience leading people, process, or technology.
OR additional two years of leading people may offset the degree requirement.
Demonstrated experience with financial budget planning, managing, analysis and reporting.
Experience in understanding human resources practices to include recruitment and retention conflict resolution, group dynamics, diversity understanding etc.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
5 years of Management Experience
Technical Experience in Servers, Storage and Data Center Management
Technical Experience in Virtualization and Cloud services
Technical Experience with backup systems and disaster recovery

Physical Requirements:
Typical physical demands include a moderate degree of dexterity to produce materials on a computer.
This position requires normal or corrected vision and hearing and the ability to verbally communicate with employees and patients.
Physical demands include office work and the mobility sufficient to attend meetings throughout the Clinic.
This position must be available after hours for support.
