The Configuration and Data Management (CDM) organization is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The CDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices, and our customers. Disciplines in the CDM organization participate in the life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. The Data Management, Engineering Support and Execution (DEX) department is looking for an individual to perform the role of Manager, Engineering Services. This position is in Andover, MA **What You Will Do** + Lead a team of Patriot Data Managers to execute multiple concurrent contracts + Manage and lead new program kickoff and baselining, ensuring scope and budget aligns with what was bid. + Support management in staffing current work, as well as understanding upcoming contracts and how that will affect staffing needs. + Train new and current team members in data management, in alignment with command media, as well as best practices. + Using CORE principles and tools, work to improve current processes to improve productivity as well as quality metrics. **Qualifications you must have** + Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience OR in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required. + Experience working in Data Management, and/or delivering CDRLs, and/or receiving SDRLs + Experience with EACs, and/or LRE inputs, and/or budget baselining. + Experience bidding work, and/or SBT certified, and/or experience with customer negotiations. + Experience with government standards and processes, such as described in EIA-649, Configuration Management Standard and GEIA-859, Data Management + Current US SECRET security clearance. **Qualifications We Prefer** + Ability to interpret scheduling and milestone requirements + Strong business acumen including planning, forecasting, analytical skills, and ability to negotiate and influence + Sense of urgency; ability to meet challenging deadlines, and attention to detail + Strong skills in interpersonal communications, relationship building, and in collaborating on cross-functional teams comprised of diverse personalities and skill sets + Experience with generating Data Management productivity metrics and reports + Experience with estimating, proposing, and managing Data Management cost and schedule on a program + Experienced in Windchill or similar product data management (PDM) tools + Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification, with relevant experience as a Cost Account Manager + Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) + Active DOD clearance with special accesses **What We Offer** + Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
