Job Summary: Provides strategic oversight and leadership for Employment and Recruitment operations and staff. Manages the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all requirements. Oversees recruitment activities to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates in alignment with organizational needs. Administers employment verifications and manages unemployment claims in compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinates and facilitates organization-wide new hire orientation. Ensures adherence to mandatory continuing competencies and regulatory requirements. May perform other duties as assigned Required Minimum Qualifications: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources/Employment EXPERIENCE: Four years of Human Resources/Employment supervisory experience; Computer literate, with word processing and spreadsheet knowledge; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Excellent customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications: CERTIFICATION: Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a healthcare environment. Salary Range: $134,821 - $151,046 annually
