Job Overview PlanetArt is seeking a Manager, E-Commerce Pricing & Strategy to join our Pricing & Forecasting team. In this role, you will develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies that optimize revenue, margin, and customer value across our e-commerce and personalized product lines. You’ll analyze market trends, customer behavior, and promotional effectiveness to drive competitive pricing decisions. The right candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on e-commerce experience, and is comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and leadership teams. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Calabasas area as we operate on a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote) Requirements What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities + Lead independent market research to assess competitor pricing and e-commerce trends. + Execute, analyze, and recommend price changes using internal and third-party pricing tools. + Conduct profit and loss (P&L) impact analysis on promotional and list price adjustments, campaign performance, customer acquisition, and emerging buying patterns. + Partner with leadership to model revenue and margin opportunities for new products and optimize pricing on existing ones. + Deliver insights using Tableau and other visualization tools to clearly communicate pricing recommendations and their impact. What You Should Have Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements + Proven e-commerce pricing experience (required). + Strong ability to interpret financial data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions. + Understanding of profit margins, revenue management, and cost structures. + Ability to assess competitor strategies, industry trends, and consumer demand in fast-moving e-commerce environments. + Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with marketing, finance, sales, and executive leadership. + Proficiency with pricing and analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL (additional pricing software experience a plus). + Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and aligning pricing models with overall business goals. What You Can Expect Working Conditions + Work is performed in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels. + Position requires regular, continuous use of computer. + Position requires regular sitting and standing. + Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: in-person, phone, WebEx, Slack, or email. + May require occasional travel. + This is a hybrid position; employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) with the option of working remotely two days (Wednesday and Friday). Benefits The compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 annual salary + bonus.
