We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Strategy & Performance Management team. This role will contribute towards driving both strategic initiatives and performance management for our multi-financial advisory channels. The successful candidate will oversee key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting, and drive strategic projects that support long-term organizational goals. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with senior leadership and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Lead performance reporting of key KPIs across multi-financial advisory (FA) channels, ensuring timely submission of reports and providing actionable insights.
Manage the analysis of sales campaigns within the department, using data to influence outcomes and optimize performance.
Oversee sales force compensation management, budget monitoring, sales forecasting, and performance metrics reporting (APE, NBV, salesforce productivity).
Strategic Management
Lead department priority projects that drive long-term strategic goals, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from conception to completion, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful execution.
Lead high-impact projects that require engagement from multiple stakeholders, both vertically (senior leadership) and horizontally (internal teams, external partners, and sales force).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science), with at least 6 years of work experience in insurance, finance, management consulting, or a related role.
Proficient in insurance concepts and skilled in handling large datasets using Excel.

You will be required to establish and maintain a robust network of contacts across different functions and regions.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the senior manager position, and candidates with less experience will be considered for the manager position.
What You Will Need:
At least 7 years of work experience in insurance, finance, management consulting, or a related role. Candidates with background in actuarial science or management consulting are preferred.
Strong expertise in crafting business proposals that are clear and compelling, complemented by advanced skills in manipulating data and extracting actionable insights.

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the AVP position, and candidates with less experience will be considered for the Director position.
