The Opportunity
This position is responsible mainly on regular monitoring of Compensation, Campaign related expenditure in benchmarking against sale achievement. Key interface to Distribution departments related to overall sale related spending, measured against target.
Being a Finance team member, supporting the team on month-end Closing, Financial Reporting and year-end Audit, related to Compensation & Campaign area.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee compensation process by working closely with Finance team members, as well as interface departments, such as Operation and Distribution.Regular tracking of actual sale related spending against the prior approved budgets as well as vs. Plan.Responsible for assigned financial reporting (external and internal) tasks, mainly related to compensation and distribution expenditure.Intensive involvement in monthly closing activities with all stakeholders, relating to compensation area.Collaboration with distribution department on submission of quality data for regular reporting.Data submission and analysis are performed in a timely and accurate manner.Participate in departmental special projects and perform assigned duties with the coordination with Myanmar team as well as regional colleagues.Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics or CPA, ACCA holder is preferableMinimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry with the interface to sale departments.Strong track record of project experience, data analytics and financial skills (i.e., deliverables achieved in a timely and budgeted manner).Demonstrate willingness to develop analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be proficient in English and Burmese LanguagesProficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Power-point and advance MS Excel skillMust have good attitude, teamwork, and good interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Insurance industry
Strong knowledge in Insurance business.
