Key Objective
Act as a manager who ensured that team working follow the company
direction and plan that the team commit follow setting timeline to building high
quality and modern digital user experiences (e.g. website features and
functionality) that both meet business needs and solve customer problems.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Act as liaison between business and Digital delivery team (internal or
external) to assess opportunities and define requirements for building high
quality and modern digital user experiences (e.g. website features and
functionality) that both meet business needs and solve customer problems.
• Collaborate with global product team to develop shared platforms and
processes that accelerate digital adoption within the region.
• Collaborate with country resources to define and deploy digital solutions
that support strategic initiatives. Initiatives include digital marketing efforts
through integration within a partner’s online assets as well as pure direct-toconsumer approaches.
• Employ rapid, test-and-learn approach launching and optimizing
websites, mobile apps and other digital assets for consumer engagement,
retention, purchase conversion, NWP, etc.
• Manage partner expectation in day-to-day task, including reports,
presentation and other task related to account management
• Evaluate successful global capabilities and their potential as case studies
for local adoption.
