POSITION SUMMARY:

Manager, Digital Melco Club is driving Melco digital club Macau’s strategy and develop CRM programs to recruit and retain non-gaming clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assess and understand business opportunities & challenges and translate into analysis requirements and identify meaningful insights that help Melco Resorts & Entertainment Macau improve the overall customer experience with the brand.Work with line manager to develop short/long term CRM strategies and programs including recruitment, customer retention, referral, and loyalty programs.Collaborate with internal teams for example F&B teams, hotel operation teams, and entertainment operation teams to explore and recommend opportunities to drive incremental engagement and revenue across our digital touchpoints.Work with various internal teams of Marketing including PR, Social Media, Digital Marketing, etc. to recruit new customers, riding on marketing campaigns, offline events, activations, partner collaborations, etc.Collaborate with external partners to develop interactive content and programs to support interaction with target consumers.Maintain customer database, conduct behavioral analysis, and propose strategy & programs to enhance customer loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Deep understanding of digital 'customer journey' development and optimization.Strong ability of data analysis and insights deep dive.Service-orients negotiation skills.Experiences in luxury, car, luxury hospitality maisons or consultant agencies.Willingness to explore customized experiences for guests is required.Team player, able to work with all levels within the organization.Proven experience and a strong understanding of CRMExperience working in collaborative environments requiring communication and feedback from multiple partners and stakeholders.

Education

Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related area e.g. Bachelor of Marketing, Digital, Science, Business or International Studies

Analytical thinker, collaborative, diplomatic, flexible with excellent presentation skills and strong oral and writing capabilities; confident, professional and problem-solving attitudeStrong negotiation skills and the ability to translate concepts into business opportunitiesStrong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureCompetent budget managementExpertise in conversion optimisationStrong computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPointGood written and verbal skills in English. Mandarin as a plus
