With this context, we are seeking a dedicated, full-time professional skilled in the field of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Having Search Engine Marketing (SEM) skills will be a plus. This engagement is part of our ongoing efforts to scale global search marketing operations.
What you will do
Manage the operation and execution of SEO+AEO projects and perform hands-on SEO operational work as required.
Manage a team of SEO+AEO analysts / specialists and take ownership of their projects.
Be hands-on, when needed with SEO+AEO projects, and see projects till execution on your own.
Integrate search into the overall product marketing strategy to showcase wins from the search channel.
Identify and prioritize focus areas within product offerings quarterly for search optimization.
Define efforts and budgets for search activities (organic and paid).
Collaborate with the global search strategist to adopt search practices and align with product/offering focus areas.
Refine search KPIs and success metrics to align with product marketing objectives.
Support the product marketing team and communications on optimizing product pages, launching content, and campaign landing pages.
Execute or coordinate with the paid media team for running paid search campaigns.
Track and measure search performance and optimize for further improvement using the enterprise search platform – Conductor software.
What skills will you own
Strong and proven experience in search marketing (AEO, SEO), and SEM expertise is nice to have.
Good experience in web analytics and reporting.
Strong understanding and experience in AEO is a MUST.
Excellent understanding of any search analytics software such as SEMrush, Conductor etc.
A good understanding of content strategy centered around search marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Solid understanding and experience with platforms like Google Search Console, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Conductor / SemRush or equivalent.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
