Supervise and ensure raw material requirements are accurately and timely determined to meet designated production schedules so an organization can run efficiently.Supervise the planning, scheduling and issuing of work orders to the production department based on customer orders, plant capacity, lead-time and inventory strategy to achieve a smooth and efficient workflow in coordination with the sales department to achieve customer satisfaction, including due dates and delivery coordination.Monitor and ensure agreed inventory targets are met including raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.Coordinate with kay accounts, quality management, product management, production or procurement to mitigate the impact of shortages.Monitor and review forecast accuracy and find improvement area. Continuously co-work with Key Accounts and Product Managements for mid term and long term demands to ensure capacity would be sufficient to fulfill customer requirement.Provide solution to Kay accounts for product labels and barcodes / QR codes or RFID by products / customers. Continuously work on simplify barcodes / QR codes.Develop and supervise the maintenance a record / report system for the materials movements to ensure the in- and out- movements are correctly logged to meet target inventory.Supervise the observation of government/ corporate EHS requirements in warehousing and movement of materials/ equipment/ products and ensure the housekeeping regulations are implemented in the operation areas.
