It’s that energy and spirit of innovation that allows us to create bold and meaningful “health media firsts” for our clients, and to do it all with #phmlove. **Overview** As a Manager on the Technology and Data team, you’ll lead the development, delivery, and continuous optimization of high-impact data products, visualizations, and automation solutions that support both internal teams and external clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping Business Intelligence and data warehouse strategies—designing scalable dashboards, building robust data pipelines, and ensuring data quality from ingestion through delivery. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary owner of data platforms including MCI (Datorama) and Tableau for major pharmaceutical clients. Collaborating on dashboard strategy, prioritizing multi-functional workstreams, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights will be part of your responsibilities. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization, including Data Enablement and Client Operations to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and execution. **Responsibilities** **In this role, you will:** + Design and build high-performance data pipelines and BI solutions using MCI (Datorama), Tableau, and Power BI + Support a diverse portfolio of clients across the agency with tailored data solutions + Collaborate with Data Enablement and Client Operations teams to set shared goal, priorities, and deliverables + Develop enterprise-wide data models and implement flexible data intake and delivery methods + Ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable data products that meet client expectations **Tools You’ll Work With:** + Databases: Azure SQL, Snowflake, RedShift + BI Platforms: MCI (Datorama), Tableau, Power BI + Cloud & Data Tech: Databricks, AWS, Azure, Python, Rivery + Project Management: Agile delivery methodologies utilizing Jira **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field + 3+ years of experience designing and developing BI and data solutions + Strong understanding of database structures, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles + Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve BI and database-related issues + Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities + Good communication skills—able to explain complex ideas in a clear, user-friendly way + Solid attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment **Preferred skills:** + Deep expertise in MCI (Datorama), Tableau + Expertise in Databricks, SQL + A track record of delivering data governance and quality data assurance standards + Experience with data warehousing standard processes + Background in Digital marketing or pharmaceutical data **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
