We believe that data should never exist in a vacuum; instead, it should be put to work to bring the best ideas and stories to our clients. To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding Manager – someone who can lead a team of analysts, provide strategic data-driven recommendations to drive client goals, and collaborate with internal partners to drive cross-functional success. Sound like you? Read on **Responsibilities** As Manager, you’ll drive strategic marketing growth for clients and inspire a team of analysts and senior analysts. You’ll work to surpass client goals through brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy. **Day-to-day, your role includes:** + Lead and manage multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client and team objectives, while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy in the analysis and reporting of media campaign performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and optimize media mix models (MMM) and multi-touch attribution (MTA) analyses, translating complex data into actionable insights for enhancing campaign effectiveness. + Serve as a mentor and guide for junior analysts, providing direction and support for both individual and team-based analyses, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. + Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports. **Qualifications** **We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:** + 5-7 years of experience in analytics or strategy with an advertising agency, management consulting company, or ad tech company + Experience managing a team or mentoring team members + Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills + Experience with modern statistical learning methods (regression techniques, classification models, supervised and unsupervised learning, etc.) + Knowledge of digital data technologies (Dashboarding, DMPs, Google Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.) + A four-year college degree; advanced degree is a plus + Passion for online advertising and emerging trends in the digital landscape + The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment + Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
