The Manager, Data Analysis & Business Intelligence is responsible for leading a team of analysts to support strategic people decision making. The role is responsible for the analyzing people metric data and providing insights to answer strategic business questions, reporting on trends, and proactively producing insights. Responsibilities may include designing and building self-serve dashboards and visualizations, integrating data from various sources, assuring data quality, implementing data security measures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements. This role demands understanding and management of metadata to complement data provisioning in compliance with global standards and in-depth knowledge of visualization design and user experience best practices. The position necessitates maintaining strong working relationships with the Data Management team and cross-collaborating with stakeholders in HR and the business for analysis needs. Key Responsibilities:
Leads a team of business intelligence analysts to support people analytics insights and data infrastructureResponsible for the coaching and development of teamResponsible for self-serve dashboard design, data governance processes, and automation to maintain high quality systems and processesCollaborate with data management team to support the development and maintenance of data systems and infrastructure to enable efficient data processing, storage, and analysis. Responsibilities may include ensuring data quality downstream from data management team's work.Responsible for designing & developing reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support strategic decision, including use of sensitive HR data.Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
7 to 9 Years of experience.
Data Analysis and Storytelling for support of stakeholder decision-making
Project Management
Leadership and mentoring skills
Executive Powerpoint presentations
Data Analytics
BI Dashboards (Tableau, Quicksight, PowerBI, etc.)
Data Integrity
Attention to detail, Insights to Action, Dashboards/Visualization
High proficiency in SQL
Preferred: Experience in Alteryx, AWS Stack (Athena, Quicksight, S3)
Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
