This includes managing a diverse portfolio of offerings including physical education courses, drop-in classes, specialty workshops, and family programs. This position will provide leadership and supervision for a team of over 50 part-time dance instructors, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations. The manager will play a key role in the creation and management of revenue-generating dance initiatives, ensuring programs are financially sustainable and aligned with departmental and university goals. Responsible for continued research to identify trends and innovative practices in the field of dance and movement education.
