Manager, Customer Service & Patient Balance Management

Responsible for managing the daily operations of all Customer Service tasks via telephone, internet, and mail. Responsible for managing, monitoring, and reporting on the collection
 of open patient balances.

5 years of experience in Provider Accounts receivable Management 5 years of experience in Customer Service Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or Management role  Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Health care management or closely related field preferred  Experience working with finance, PFS, and revenue cycle leaders to present key performance indicators  with accounts receivable analysis Possesses and demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Demonstrates strong technical skills  Proven aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking Advanced proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
