As our **Manager, Customer Optimization** you will partner with R1 functional leaders. and contribute to R1 strategy development as a customer expert, sharing best practices, optimizing performance, and leading the transformation. Every day you will, support internal efforts to improve KLAS and NPS scores and related activities. To thrive in this role, you must possess strong skills in data presentation and visualization with the ability to communicate insights to senior stake holders.
**Here’s** **what you will experience working as a Manager, Customer Optimization:**
+ Act as a change agent to help establish common goals and create alliances across hospital organization to optimize success.
+ Proactive identification of projects that will improve operational performance metrics.
+ Lead the analysis of complex datasets within Salesforce Data Cloud to derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
+ Support and manage the salesforce platform, including survey enhancements.
+ Up to 25% travel.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned .
**Required Skills:**
+ 5+ years of Operational experience with at least 3 years in Revenue Cycle and 2+ years of management experience.
+ 4+ years’ experience working with Salesforce platforms.
+ Experience with NPS/Survey tools.
+ Proven experience working with large datasets
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $70,921.24 - $114,234.05 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
