What Implementation Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Support is responsible for providing sales support through direct involvement in the sales process, either by helping persuade customer buying decisions or involvement in the effective implementation of solutions to support the attainment of the organization's sales objectives.

Implementation Management is responsible for planning, organizing and leading solution implementations. Manages project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer. May be involved in budgeting and financial requirements. Monitors and tracks the progress of implementations. Partners with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans. Works with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

​Leadership & Team ManagementLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of implementation and customer setup specialistsFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricityManage workload distribution, performance metrics, and career development plans

Customer Setup & MaintenanceEnsure accurate and timely setup of customer accounts, pricing, contracts, and service parameters in relevant systemsMonitor and maintain data integrity across platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standardsLead initiatives to streamline and automate setup and maintenance processes

Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as a key liaison between the onboarding team and other departments to ensure alignment and transparencyParticipate in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiencyCoordinate and influence CHIP offshore onboarding team for managing customer maintenance workload and issue resolution

Reporting & AnalyticsTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding timelines, data accuracy, and customer satisfactionUse data insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, preferred; advanced degree desired5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, data management, or operations within pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution, preferred2+ years of experience in people management with a proven ability to lead and develop teams, preferredStrong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution systems, customer data management, and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skillsProficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP), preferred

Anticipated salary range: $103,500 - $147,900
