Overview The Manager, Customer Experience Technology serves as the team lead & product owner for their assigned technologies and as a people leader to a team of passionate and talented administrators and analysts. They are responsible for maintaining and delivering a backlog of features that align to company priorities. Additionally, they focus on employee engagement by providing day-to-day coaching and mentoring of the staff on industry best practices and give regular feedback on performance. They are part of a leadership team that is tasked with executing the department vision and goals, collaborating on solving roadblocks, and continuously seeking ways to elevate the organizations agile practices. Responsibilities + Work closely with Sr. Director, CX Technology maintain the product roadmap and shape large priorities into epics and backlog items. + Leverage Analysts to maintain a healthy (2-3 month) backlog of user stories based on product roadmap. + Own sprint planning, ensuring the team is operating at full capacity and delivering work on-time with quality results. + Partner with Engineering to align solutions with organizational strategy and architecture. + Engage with Users and Subject Matter Experts to sustain a robust feedback loop throughout the entire software delivery process. + Employee management including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing and hiring for open positions, onboarding, conducting performance evaluations, managing employee time off requests and capacity, creating performance improvement plans, and serving as an active coach/mentor. + Develop technical resources and analysts and help each employee achieve their goals and objectives. + Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the client experience and our technology delivery process. + Represent the team in discussing priorities and team allocation + Maintain clear visibility into status of projects, timelines and team allocation. + Stay up to date on related industry trends and Agile methodologies. + Other Duties as assigned. Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems. - Required + 5 years of experience in Salesforce.com administration or development. + 2 years of experience in 2+ years of experience in managing teams with 5-10 members. Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $97,088.61-$180,307.42 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
