About the Role

Motivate agents sell CS business and meet and exceed sales targets

Responsibilities:

Communicate and build relationship with agents to support and push CS businessKeep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agentsProvide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customersProvide help desk at agency offices, if applicableEffectively monitor the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is metProvide coaching and training to support staffPerform any other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

University graduate with minimum 8 years sales experience of which 4-5 years in supervisory/managerial positionAble to manage a project/event independentlyGood command of English and ChineseSelf-motivated and customer orientatedPreferably IIQE (paper 1, 2, 3 & 4) licensedYou are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activitiesEnsure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirementsCandidates with less experienced will also be considered as Assistant Manager
