We thank you for your patience and understanding during this period._ **Core Responsibilities** + Develop and implement reporting processes and systems to track the key performance metrics related to CRM campaigns, programmes and initiatives. + Lead the analysis and ongoing optimisation of CRM campaigns to drive member engagement, retention, lifetime value and maximise commercial value. + Monitor CRM performance against targets and goals, identifying areas of underperformance and identifying opportunities for improvement. + Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance and customer lifecycle metrics, in partnership with Performance & Development Team.  + Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline reporting and optimisation efforts. + Identify trends and customer insights through data analysis, applying these learnings to enhance customer targeting and communications. + Work closely with the Performance & Development Team to deep dive into CRM audience profiles, developments in audience behaviours, and the drivers of campaign performance. ​ **Do you have what it takes?** + Strong experience in CRM, with a specific focus onleadingperformance analysis and campaign optimisation.  + Proficiencyin CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce), analytics platforms (ideally Adobe)and a solid understanding of marketing automation tools.  + Proventrack recordin developing & delivering reporting and optimisation recommendations to deliver commercial results and member satisfaction. + Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysisand customer segmentation.  + Demonstrated success in utilising A/B testing, personalisation, and analytics to improve CRM performance.  + Excels at communicating with stakeholders (written & oral); able to convey simple recommendations based on solid foundation. + A strategic thinker with an innovative mindset and attention to detail.  ​ \#LI-SG2 \#LI-Hybrid Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
