The manager will develop programs to prevent, mitigate, prepare, respond, and recover from planned and unplanned incidents that may impact Bombardier’s assets across the organization and be responsible for the development and management of a comprehensive global risk strategy. We are seeking someone whose background contains extensive experience across a wide range of security and risk management functions within diverse, multinational organizations. **What are your contributions to the team?** + Be responsible for the development, implementation, and sustaining of the Bombardier Emergency Response plan. + Work in close collaboration with the Regional Security Managers. + Design and lead the development of comprehensive security, risk and crisis management strategies designed to safeguard the global enterprise and ensure resilience and continuity of operations. + Develop programs to prevent, mitigate, prepare, respond, and recover from planned and unplanned incidents. + Be responsible for the development and management of a comprehensive global risk strategy. + Develop and deliver training on emergency management programs. + Design and facilitate simulation exercises to test and improve organization readiness, coordination, and response capabilities. + Create After-Action Reports and facilitate debriefings. **How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:** + You have a university degree in emergency and crisis management and at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in the field of emergency management. + You have a track record with significant leadership experience in the fields of safety, corporate resilience and the implementation of risk management models covering multiple sites. + You have experience in the private sector, ideally in the manufacturing or aeronautics industry, or as a manager in a matrix organization. + You have in-depth knowledge of the principles of prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery in emergency management. + You have extensive experience in developing emergency response plans. + You have knowledge of Incident Management Systems. + You have previous experience of working in an emergency operations management center / emergency coordination center, or similar environment related to emergency management response and recovery. + You have in-depth knowledge of exercise design and expertise in creating action reports and corrective plans. + You have knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Business Continuity Planning. + You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. + You are recognized for your strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills. + You have in-depth knowledge of emergency response processes and practices. + You are recognized for your strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively. + You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written. + You are flexible in terms of availability. + You are recognized for your leadership skills and your ability to unite a team. + You are recognized for your strong public speaking and interpersonal skills. + You are able to work under pressure. + You have exceptional communication skills. + You have completed Incident Management System courses. + You are available to travel. + You have demonstrated knowledge of best practices in business resilience.
