Manager – Credit Card Usage (Usage Rewards)

Principal responsibilities:

Contribute to achieve business targets of card spending, customer engagement and awareness through credit cards related features, value propositions, promotions and projectsPlan, organize and implement joint promotions with merchant partners, and targeted customers spending programs via card usage rewards projects, with analysis of marketing situation, customer behavior and spending patternDevelop, grown and maintain partnership with merchant partners to drive sustainable spending growth in a cost-effective manner on a day-to-day basisInnovative and commercialize new usage propositions and initiative to drive up adoption and usage with external retail partnersBe an active team member, proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation, as well as to deliver efficient and accurate execution and uplift customer experienceManage program budget planning, payment and reconciliationMonitor program performance, report and evaluate program result
