For This Role, You Will Need: 10-12 years of work experience in a contracts-related role Bachelor’s Degree in related field Completion of IACCM Advanced Contract and Commercial Management (CCM) Practitioner and IACCM “Oil & Gas Contracting in Practice” strongly preferred Strong Coaching & mentoring skills Intermediate MS Office skills Excellent oral and written English [and any other language, as required] language skills [insert other languages are an advantage, as required] Excellent negotiation skills Extensive knowledge of Contract law & principles Occupational health and safety foresight.Commercial provisions such as warranty, liquidated damages/penalties, payment and freight terms, documentary credits and bank guarantees/sureties
