We are looking for a **Manager, Contracts** who will be responsible for a full range of contract management and administration actions within the Surveillance & Tactical Advanced Radar Solutions (STaRS) product area within Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS). This product line falls under the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role is tailored for a highly motivated, well-organized Contracts professional who is seeking a dynamic and collaborative team environment. This role will support Productions efforts for the Multi-Mode Surveillance Radars (MSR) Contracts team by providing contract management support of significant scope and complexity and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements for proposal, negotiation and contract execution. **What You Will Do** + Provide leadership and sound contract administration to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives, and comply with company policies + Draft Basis Of Estimates (BOE) aligned with contract scope and company policy + Professionally represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and work closely with customers to develop business relationships + Partner with Key Program Functions in the analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP), development of proposals, proposal reviews and coordination, negotiation, contractual agreements, contracts implementation, as well as general contract administration + Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure work is performed to the overall contract scope + Work closely within cross-functional teams to construct, submit, and negotiate Terms and Conditions and pricing proposals, examine, and understand cost structure estimates of labor, material, engineering services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness + Formulate recommendations to management for Direct Commercial Sales or Foreign Military Sales contracts **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience + Experience in Contracts Management/administration and negotiations of terms under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) + Experience in proposal preparation & development + Experience with compliance related contracts activity **Qualifications We Prefer** + Demonstrated understanding of proposal cost structure, performance requirements, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions + High-level business acumen with ability to recognize risk elements in business transactions + Hands-on proposal preparation and contract negotiations with the DoD + Willingness to provide experienced guidance and support to junior team members on contractual complexities + Ability to recognize business and contractual issues in program performance and help implement solutions; carry out tasks to completion while exercising good judgment with minimal supervision **What We Offer** Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. #LI-ONSITE The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
