(JJHCS) is recruiting for a Manager, Contracting Solutions in the sub-area of Application Support located in Raritan, NJ! Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) is an organization under JJHCS where we serve as the Center of Excellence that delivers best in class solutions for Commercial Healthcare, Government & Regulatory, Systems, Processes and Training, and Risk Mitigation & Governance. The Contracting Solutions team is accountable for leading current best-in-class process and technology while also driving the overall maturity of Johnson & Johnson and its business units’ sell-side contracting, tendering, and price execution processes. The Application Support sub-area ensures the strong operation of multiple instances of contracting & revenue management systems and their associated ecosystem. The Manager, Contracting Solutions will be responsible for the ownership and management of several of our business systems in collaboration with the respective technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and possess the skills necessary to drive efficiency and productivity through effective system management and stakeholder collaboration. If you are a problem solver and enjoy engaging with a diverse set of partners, we know this role is for you! **Key Responsibilities** **:** + Act as the main owner and primary contact for critical business systems under the purview of this role. + Identify opportunities for system optimization and implement improvements. + Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions. + Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and milestones are met. + Develop and implement program strategies and frameworks that promote efficient utilization of resources. + Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. + Coordinate efforts across different departments to ensure project alignment and success. + Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. + Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. + Partner with stakeholders including, but not limited to, internal business partners, upstream/downstream technology resources, finance, and external industry associates + Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their business process needs and translate them into system requirements. + Facilitate training sessions and provide support to system users. + Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. **Qualifications** **Education:** + A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Masters' degree or equivalent preferred **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + Minimum of 8 years total business or related experience + Project Management experience + Understanding of J&J System Design Lifecycle (SDLC) Management + Proficiency in English **Preferred:** + Prior experience with Revenue Management Systems (e.g., Model N, etc.) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, etc.) + Experience with Business process workflow tools like Microsoft Power Automate or Appian + Experience in working across multiple J&J sectors and countries/regions + Experience supporting multiple countries/regions + Project Management Professional or equivalent certification + Six Sigma/Lean Belt or other process engineering certification + Familiarity with US Federal Government Contracting **Other:** + This position is anticipated to have up to 10% travel Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
