**Your key responsibilities**
+ Identify and select Contract Manufacturers/Tollers to ensure capacity, flexibility, and alignment with business needs.
+ Partner with the innovation team to provide technical input on new product development and execution.
+ Oversee implementation of new products and processes at Contract Manufacturer/Toller sites.
+ Manage the startup and phase-out of products or partners within the external manufacturing network.
+ Serve as the technical liaison between Contract Manufacturing, QA, RA, Supply Chain, R&D, and Brand.
+ Support contract management, process improvement, and quality audit follow-up in collaboration with Global Procurement and Quality teams **.**

**You bring**
+ A Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing or related subject
+ Requires knowledge of VMS contract manufacturing/tolling landscape in the region
+ Requires influencing, negotiation/commercial and ability to work (if needed lead) in a multi-disciplinary team.
+ Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in manufacturing/supply chain/tolling/quality or purchasing in the dietary supplement, or related industries
+ Working knowledge of dietary supplement (or related) quality and regulatory regulations
+ Ability to travel up to 25%
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $128,700-155,000.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
