As an integral member of the National Sales office, Personal Banking & Imperial Service Marketing team, reporting to the Director, Content Strategy and Development, the Manager, Content Strategy and Development is responsible for building and elevating content initiatives that support Imperial Service and Personal Banking. The Manager will focus on producing compelling, insight-driven multi-format content that enhances the client and advisor experience, supports business priorities and helps bring the value of advice to life, support editorial planning, collaborate with internal and external partners, and ensure content is delivered on time, aligned with brand and compliance standards. This is a hands-on role suited for a strong writer and content strategist, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

How you’ll succeed
Content development and execution - Write, edit and curate multi-format content including articles, videos, podcasts and client emails. Translate complex financial topics into clear, engaging content that supports advice conversations and build client relationships. Ensure all content adheres to high standards of quality and is consistent with brand voice, accessibility and compliance regulations.
Editorial planning and production management - Manage the editorial calendar, coordinate project timeless and ensure seamless execution from concept to distribution. Manage content development workflows, including reviews and approvals from Legal, Compliance, Brand and subject matter experts. Maintain content libraries, support updates and audits and ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance of published material.
Vendor and partnership management - Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Client Strategy, Communications, Legal and Digital to align content with business priorities. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely, high quality content production. Seve as a key point of contact for content coordination, status updates and delivery across projects.
Content distribution and optimization - Support the distribution of content across digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Monitor content performance and audience engagement using analytics tools (Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Excel). Use data and insights to inform editorial planning, enhance content effectives and support continuous improvement.
Who you are
You can demonstrate 4 to 6 years of work experience in content strategy, journalism or marketing, ideally within the financial services with a proven track record in managing successful content campaigns and vendor relationships.
You are an exceptional writer and editor with the ability to distill technical or complex financial concepts into clear, engaging and client-friendly content .
You can demonstrate experience using Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Excel to analyze content performance and audience engagement. You have experience working with content workflows, digital platforms and performance analytics
You can demonstrate experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced, hybrid work environment. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of brand, compliance, accessibility and tone in content execution.
