\n\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDevelop and optimize competitive compensation programs aligned with regional/global strategies while ensuring compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws and market competitiveness.\nAdapt and implement regional/global C&B frameworks locally, providing insights to shape central policies and maintain alignment with business needs.\nPartner with leadership to design and manage localized compensation plans, incentives, and benefits that support talent retention and organizational goals.\nConduct salary benchmarking, analyze industry trends, and refine C&B offerings to strengthen the company’s market position.\nOversee and manage annual C&B cycles, including salary reviews, bonuses, and performance-linked rewards.\nAdminister employee benefits (insurance, allowances, retirement plans) and incentive schemes (short/long-term, equity-based).\nAnalyze compensation data, and advocate for Pakistan’s requirements in regional/global C&B discussions.\nPlan and manage compensation budgets, ensuring salaries and benefits align with company manpower needs and financial goals.\nYOUR PROFILE\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field with at least 8-10 years HR experience; specializing in C&B area.\nCertification in Compensation & Benefits (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, WorldatWork) is a plus.\nProven expertise in compensation & benefits management, including market benchmarking, incentive design, and HRIS tools, with strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefits (EOBI, SESSI, etc.).\nAdvanced analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI) and market surveys (Mercer, Korn Ferry), coupled with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.\n\nOUR OFFER\n\nStrong career support in an international environment.\nGreat culture and colleagues.\nMultifarious benefit program.\n\n
