The primary objective of this position is to improve access to healthcare services and reduce hospital readmission. Qualifications: Required: + Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public health or healthcare administration + Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions + Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws + Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures + Ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and other stakeholders + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems Scheduling Requirements:This role requires local travel/support between New Brunswick and Somerset as needed.
