Manager, Communications
We are looking for a strong communicator and hands-on content creator to keep our Field Operations teams and other Customer Solutions teams connected and informed. In this role, you will craft clear, engaging communications that help our frontline teams understand what is happening in the business and why it matters to their work.

Customer Solutions is the organization within Asurion that includes our front-line experts and the teams that support them. Field Operations is the customer-facing team that meets customers in person to deliver and set up devices, providing hands-on support in their homes or on-site.

You will work closely with Field Operations leaders, Customer Solutions partners, and other communicators to support business updates, operational initiatives, and employee engagement efforts. You will also be part of the larger Asurion enterprise communications team, helping connect Field Operations and Customer Solutions employees with the company’s goals, priorities, and progress.

What You Will Do

Create clear and timely communications that keep Field Operations employees informed, aligned, and engagedWrite and edit a range of content including newsletters, operational updates, leader talking points, intranet articles, digital signage, and PowerPoint presentations for meetingsPartner with Field Operations leaders to help communicate business priorities, changes, and successes in a way that resonates with front-line teamsSupport communications planning and execution for Field Operations meetings, all-hands calls, and leadership updatesCoordinate and align messaging across Customer Solutions by working closely with your peers on the communications teamManage communication channels and look for ways to improve reach and engagementHelp celebrate employee contributions and tell the story of our people and cultureTrack and share feedback and engagement data to help refine communications over time

What You Will Bring

3 to 5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related fieldsExcellent writing and editing skills with the ability to translate business and operational information into clear and relatable languageExperience creating clear and effective meeting materials, especially in PowerPoint, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and audience engagementAbility to work independently to manage projects and meet deadlines while also collaborating closely with partners and leadersStrong relationship-building skills and comfort working with leaders at all levelsExperience supporting operational, field, or customer-facing teams is a plusA practical, get-it-done approach to communications in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For

Experience supporting Field Operations, call centers, or other frontline teamsFamiliarity with internal communications tools such as Zoom, SharePoint, email broadcast platforms, Slack or Teams, and digital signageExperience assisting with the execution of enterprise events such as town halls, conferences, or leadership meetings
