The Commercial Education Manager is accountable for the design, development, and execution of training for the sales organization aligned to the US region business needs. This role will work with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Healthcare Compliance and other functional partners to shape and deliver educational programs aimed at on-boarding new sales representatives and elevating the competency of the entire sales organization.

Leads in the development, maintenance, and delivery of sales training content; validating content with subject matter experts; aligning with business goals and initiatives; reviewing feedback from learning evaluations; maintaining consistency through quality control measures; and providing project status updates.

Conduct learning in live, virtual, and self-guided formats.

Set, configure, and maintain LMS systems for learning content access and reuse. Establish, update and maintain, automated workflows in the LMS for delivery of content to Learners and reports to Leaders and stakeholders.

Evaluate new training modalities that meet the needs of the learner and support a dynamic learning environment, ie. web-based applications and technology-based tools

Proactively identify ongoing learning opportunities to expand clinical knowledge and expertise within the salesforce

Measure ROI by obtaining key metrics and communicate effectiveness to key stakeholders

Manage the Field Sales Trainer Program within the US and foster a strong talent pipeline

Ensures all learning content is current, copy approved and compliant with all government and legal requirements. 

Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required

Minimum of five years of sales, marketing, or training experience in healthcare is

required

Experience with sales process and sales methodology is required

Superior writing and editing skills with an ability to distill complex ideas into clear,

actionable guidance and provide diplomatic feedback and edits to others’ work.

Expert facilitator with large and small groups in both a virtual and face-to-face

environment

Experience with Learning Management System administration

Highly tech savvy with the ability to work effectively with a variety of content-creation

software.

Clinical ENT experience preferred

Current or previous product launch experience preferred

The position is to be remote field based within the continental United States and may have up to 40% travel
