We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Collections (Restructure).

Principal responsibilities

Perform oversight on outsourced collections operationsProvide prompt responses and recommendations on credit policies to adapt to the fast and changing marketLead, plan and co-ordinate a wide range of projects, offshoring migration, process review, system and manpower related issues to ensure smooth delivery of credit collection servicesSupport Global Standards and Regional Credit Control Services related projects and initiativesPropose and implement quality enhancement and control strengthening initiatives in response to the review findings, customer feedback and business needsHandle and manage debt restructuring cases and high risk account review; represent the bank to attend industry meeting and liaise with Outside Trustee on restructure loan related mattersHandle and manage Third Party engagement (TPEM)
