A day in the Life:
Oversees the operations of screening outcomes and monitors study progress until study is fully enrolled. Identifies opportunities to leverage strategies and collaborates with other departments to achieve study and department goals. Achieves recruitment success by collaborating with various areas and ensures on time enrollment for studies. Oversees the daily operation of the entire Phone Recruiting staff by assigning workload, answering study-related questions and coordinating staff. Responsible for successful advertising strategies to promote study awareness and reach appropriate demographic area.

Establishes recruiting requirements, staffing and advertising needs by studying organization plans and objectives.Collaborates with managers and team leaders to discuss study needs.Directs and executes study setup activities up appropriately to secure maximum recruiting momentum.Improves study recruiting effectiveness by continuously monitoring recruiting reports and metrics and implements adjustments to existing screening plans. Forecasts staffing and study set up needs to avoid recruitment shortfall.Collaborates with managers and ensures seamless study enrollment and directs swift adjustments as needed.In consultation with the appropriate manager, identifies, trains, and develops staff with appropriate skills for the project activities.Develops lead recruiters and promotes and sustains employee engagement, career development and enhances operational efficiencies.Oversees development of questionnaire to conduct telephone screening of potential patients to determine preliminary eligibility for study participation for clinic.


Qualifications: 

Education and Experience: 

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years) or equivalent and relevant combination of education, training, & experience.Experience with clinical trial processes as well as overseeing and leading the efforts of others involved with clinical trials, specifically study volunteers and recruitment.1+ year of leadership responsibility
