We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in building and executing strategies that strengthen client relationships, enhance satisfaction, and drive growth. You’ll play a critical role in expanding GEICO’s profitability while growing our new LLC, Altirus Road, by managing key client accounts and developing strategic business opportunities.

What You’ll Do1. Communication & CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact to ensure clients receive accurate, consistent information.Lead monthly and quarterly SLA reviews with GEICO departments, clients, and the Altirus Road operational team to improve coordination, accountability, and transparency.2. Client Onboarding & TrainingOversee the full onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into Altirus Road.Deliver training sessions and demonstrations to help clients understand dashboards, services, and value propositions, ensuring they’re equipped to succeed.3. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and manage strong client relationships within your assigned portfolio through in-person, virtual, and phone interactions.Provide ongoing support by implementing policies and procedures that align with insurance service programs.4. Strategic Planning & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute growth strategies, identify opportunities for new business, and expand Altirus Road’s market presence.Leverage data-driven insights to inform decisions and maximize business development efforts.5. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack performance of clients, GEICO departments, and Altirus Road operations against goals and standards.Use analytics to prepare pre-call strategies and partner with clients to design marketing plans that drive growth.6. Team LeadershipRecruit, coach, and manage associates while conducting performance appraisals and approving compensation changes.Provide guidance, take corrective action when needed, and foster a culture of accountability and development.7. Subject Matter ExpertiseServe as an expert on Altirus Road products, features, and tools.Research competitor offerings to inform innovation and identify new opportunities.8. Operational EfficiencyCreate efficient, effective growth plans that support insurance services objectives.9. Culture & ValuesAdhere to GEICO’s Code of Conduct, policies, and operating principles.Maintain strong presence and attendance at business locations to support collaboration with associates and leadership.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry with TPA knowledgeStrong organizational skills with the ability to follow complex instructions, prioritize effectively, and resolve conflictsProven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated success in learning and applying technical and procedural knowledge quicklyExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strategic mindset.

Annual Salary

$91,225.00 - $172,200.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
