We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want **YOU** to join our team! **What you will be doing:** You’ll be responsible for the management of career technical training programs which includes on- and off-center training, national contractor training, and CTST projects management. **Essential functions:** + Plan, coordinate and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of the department + Provide staff training, evaluate staff performance, and implement departmental changes as approved by the center director and coordinated with the manager + Develop departmental budget; monitor and control expenditures, and review and recommend changes to budget authorizations + Develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures affecting assigned departments; coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance of overall center objectives + Regularly assess and audit department for contractual compliance and quality of services to students; prepare audit and assessment reports **Education and Experience Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR post-secondary education/ technical training and 6 years related experience + 2 must be in a supervisor capacity + Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required + A valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management. **Why:**  Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.
