This key leadership position has responsibility for building a strong, diverse and inclusive team and supporting the professional growth of each team member. **How to thrive in this role?** • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field), Science, Business or other field with significant experience in aerospace; • You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in aerospace; • You have 5-10 years of experience in a business development, capture or program management.
