We’re looking for a stunning, savvy Campaign Management Lead who will be a key addition to the team that stewards ad campaigns and maximizes revenue delivery for our clients in partnership with our Account Management team. They will be responsible for designing best-in-class operationally efficient workflows that are both locally relevant and globally impactful.

In this role, you will

+

Manage and develop a team of Sr. Campaign Management Specialists that are responsible for partnering with the Account Management team on revenue optimization and campaign activation activities while providing white glove service to our clients

+

Oversee & track regional partnerships with Account Managers and vendor partners on key campaign activities inclusive of campaign packaging and asset readiness, timely campaign launches, delivery & optimization, and client reporting

+

Lead the external vendor relationship in the region,ensuring timely day-to-day support, load balancing, and alignment with the Account Management team leads to best service our clients

+

Partner with Sr. Manager, Campaign Management on designing and consistently improving efficient workflows between Account Management, Campaign Management, and Ad Ops

+

Monitor overall delivery performance for the region inclusive of risk reporting and PMP spend monitoring to drive optimization suggestions, mitigate risk and performance-based outcomes for our advertisers

+

Serve as the first line of escalation for Account Managers for campaign troubleshooting, escalating to Ad Ops if the issue requires product or engineering investigation

+

Review regional key health metrics regularly to identify patterns, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased performance, ensuring that KPIs and business objectives are met

+

Present regional performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations for regional AM leadership, adapting to evolving data availability.

+

Collaborate and consult with leads to understand regional needs and requirements while also ensuring global alignment.

+

Develop and maintain documentation of all pre to post-sale processes tied to Campaign Management

+

Oversee training initiatives to educate Campaign Management on packaging, activating, and optimizing campaigns within our proprietary ad stack.

+

Provide feature enhancement recommendations to Ad Ops that will drive business efficiencies and improved business outcomes

+

Lead final feature and acceptance testing of new Ad Server product features and capabilities

+

Join client emails/calls when technical expertise is needed

The ideal candidate has :

+

8+ years of Ad Tech and/or Ad Operations experience supporting Account Management, Sales, Ads Policy/Quality, or Product/Engineering Teams

+

English is mandatory for this role, and proficiency in Spanish will be viewed as a significant advantage. Candidates who are able to read, write, speak, and comprehend Spanish will be prioritized, as this skill is a key differentiator in our multicultural work environment.

+

Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of managing direct reports

+

Well-versed in Campaign Trafficking and Execution, including Order and Creative trafficking, Quality Control, Campaign monitoring, pacing, troubleshooting, billing, and reconciliation

+

Experience supporting Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP deal types

+

Extensive background in Advertising Systems and Tools (CRM, OMS, DSPs, Ad Servers, Task Management, Reporting, etc.)

+

Strengths building cross-functional relationships, developing insights, managing projects, and articulating success

+

Experience interacting with outsourced vendors and managing the vendor's tasks of campaign setup and management, including but not limited to deal set up, trafficking, QC, and reporting.

+

A data-driven approach to problem-solving and analysis; managing accountability for deliverables

+

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and willingness to pivot as needed

+

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail

+

Experience supporting multiple regions and timezones
