Position Summary:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Systems Intelligence Manager to lead, optimize, and expand our enterprise planning and analytics capabilities. This leadership role is responsible for managing enterprise performance management (EPM) tools, driving analytics and dashboard strategies, overseeing planning projects, and fostering a collaborative relationship across Finance, Accounting, and IT. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of technical acumen, business insight, project leadership, and people management—guided by a commitment to growth, integrity, and team empowerment.
Translate business needs into technical specifications that drive actionable insights.
Project & Vendor Management:Manage planning system initiatives, including project scoping, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Oversee relationships with third-party vendors supporting planning systems and tools.
Strategic & Financial Planning Support:Partner closely with FP&A and Accounting teams to align systems with business strategy and reporting needs.
Support strategic initiatives such as long-range planning and scenario modeling.
System Allocations & Automation:Maintain and optimize systematic allocations, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial models.
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
Resource Management:Lead and develop a global team, including onshore and offshore resources.
Cultivate a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and development plans.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Serve as a liaison between technical teams, Finance, and business users to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree a plus.
7+ years of relevant experience in financial systems, enterprise planning, or business intelligence.
Hands-on expertise with Oracle EPM Planning, Smart View, Hyperion and financial reporting tools.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
Experience with BI tools such as Looker (GCP), Tableau, or similar.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing global resources.
Demonstrated success in project and vendor management.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in large, complex organizations or in a shared services environment.Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and enterprise data strategies.
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or EPM/BI platforms.

At Inmar, compensation reflects our belief in integrity, transparency, and the value of individual contributions. The hiring range for this position is:
121,120.00 - 181,680.00 USD AnnualThe final offer may vary based on factors such as geographic location, job-related skills, education, certifications, work experience, and other relevant considerations.
